Analytics & Data Science Manager, Finance

Description

Scale's Finance Analytics and Data Science team is looking for an experienced data leader to manage a team of analysts and data engineers building internal tools and AI agents that automate workflows across finance and accounting. In this role, you will lead a small team while staying technically hands-on, working closely with stakeholders across business finance, corporate finance, and accounting to understand their workflows and build systems that enable faster turnaround times with higher degrees of accuracy. You will guide your team in designing data models, prototyping internal tools, and implementing agent-driven workflows using our internal data infrastructure, system integration tooling, Scale's proprietary AI platform, and emerging AI tools.
