Starting ASAP. 📍 Location: Berlin (hybrid) 📝 Type of Contract: Freelance 💸 Compensation: 400€/month Tasks - Supporting the development and execution of FOMO’s social media strategy - Planning and creating monthly and campaign-based content calendars - Creating content around FOMO and its values (especially for Instagram & Tiktok - Producing UGC content at FOMO events - Helping ensure a consistent visual language and tone of voice across channels - Active community management and engagement Requirements - A strong instinct for digital communication and storytelling - First hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing - A good eye for on-brand visuals and confidence working with brand guidelines - The ability to work independently and proactively - Confidence in communicating with partners and collaborators - Proficiency in Notion, CapCut, Canva, Edits - Very good English skills (German skills are a plus) Benefits - Close collaboration with founder Cephas - Chance to work with exciting brands together - Flexible working hours (Berlin-based) - Real responsibility and creative freedom - Access to the FOMO community, network, and events - A chance to grow with a young, culture-driven brand Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
