You will own partnerships for ElevenCreative across the agency and platform ecosystem. Marketing, creative, and performance teams are rapidly changing how they produce advertising and content, and much of that work reaches brands through agencies and through the platforms those teams already use every day. This role sits at that intersection. ElevenCreative is our AI creative platform, where creators and marketers generate and edit speech, music, image, and video using leading AI models. You will build senior relationships across performance and creative agencies and across product and platform partners, define how those partnerships work commercially, and turn them into measurable product adoption and revenue. This is a true 0→1 role. You will help shape which partner models work, which agency segments create the most leverage, and where product integrations can unlock meaningful distribution. The strongest candidates understand both sides of this market: how agencies help brands drive growth across marketing, creative, content, and performance, and how technology platforms become embedded in the tools and workflows marketers use every day. In this role, you will; - Identify and prioritize the agency and platform partners where ElevenCreative can create the most value and build senior relationships across them. - Define partnership models, commercial terms, and incentive structures that create durable value for both ElevenLabs and the partner. - Enable agency teams to bring ElevenCreative into marketing, creative, performance, and client workflows. - Develop product and platform partnerships that place ElevenCreative inside the tools marketers and creative teams already use. - Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to move partnerships from idea to launch to measurable adoption and revenue. - Build scalable partner motions, including enablement, co-selling, referrals, and joint go-to-market programs. - Develop a deep understanding of how agencies make money, where they create margin and differentiation, and how AI can strengthen their value to clients. - Stay close to the evolving AI creative landscape, customer use cases, competitive dynamics, and emerging distribution models. - Use partner and customer feedback to help shape product priorities and identify where ElevenCreative should invest. - Represent ElevenCreative with partners at industry events, conferences, executive meetings, and customer conversations. Who you are; - We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with a practical understanding of how agencies and technology platforms actually operate. - You will thrive in this role if you: - Have 8+ years of experience across agency partnerships, advertising technology, performance marketing, business development, platform partnerships, or digital advertising sales. - Have deep familiarity with the performance marketing and creative ecosystem and how agencies acquire, serve, and grow advertiser accounts. - Have a strong network across independent agencies, agency networks, holding companies, or relevant technology platforms that you can activate quickly. - Understand agency economics, how agencies price services, create margin, differentiate with clients, and decide which technologies become part of their delivery model. - Understand how advertisers evaluate creative performance across channels such as paid social, search, video, commerce, and other digital media. - Have experience working on technology or product partnerships, particularly integrations involving creative tools, advertising platforms, martech, commerce, social platforms, or APIs. - Have a track record of turning ambiguous partnership opportunities into concrete commercial or product outcomes. - Have operated effectively across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering in fast-moving environments. - Are comfortable building before there is a playbook and iterating quickly based on what works. - Are excited about building a new category and shaping how AI changes creative production and advertising. Bonus; - Experience spanning both agency or advertising sales and partnerships or business development. - Experience working inside a performance marketing agency, creative agency, adtech company, or major advertising platform. - Experience building a partner or ecosystem motion from 0→1. - Experience with AI-generated creative, voice, video, localization, or generative media. - Familiarity with how creative production and media budgets move between brands and agency partners. Location; Must be based in either London, Paris, New York or san Francisco We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Senior Agentic AI Engineer
WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE’RE BUILDING Eigen Labs https://www.eigenlabs.org is a frontier lab building coordination technologies for the post-AGI world. AGI is completely reconfiguring power, and a few major labs are already consolidating this power. We believe that coordination through open networks is the only counterforce that lets individuals maximize their agency. We are building open networks for many different layers shaping AI: agentic research, inference infrastructure, and capital formation. Recently, we showed how a community https://www.ecdsa.fail of scientists, amateurs, and agents can collaborate to surpass Google’s unpublished quantum breakthrough, showcasing the power of open coordination. WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE A small number of companies are rapidly becoming gatekeepers to the most powerful systems ever created, trained on open internet, open research, and open-source software, now locked behind permission structures and centralized control. The question isn't whether AI will transform society. The question is who gets to participate. We believe: - Scientific discovery should remain open. - Intelligence should not be controlled by a handful of institutions. - Individuals should be able to coordinate, build, and create without asking for permission. - AI should empower people, not make them dependent. - AI should expand individual agency, not concentrate power. This isn't a theoretical exercise. Darkbloom https://www.darkbloom.dev is already building distributed AI infrastructure from idle hardware around the world. These are early examples of a much larger idea: open networks competing with centralized institutions. We're looking for researchers, engineers, founders, scientists, designers, and builders who see the same trend we do and want to help build the alternative. If you're excited by open science, individual agency, coordination systems, and agentic infrastructure, we should talk. Help us build what comes next. Learn more about working at Eigen here https://eigen-labs.notion.site/Careers-at-Eigen-Labs-37513c11c3e081a69ee1fa4b496fd469?pvs=74. THE ROLE As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer at Eigen, You’ll work on the core systems that make AI agents actually usable in production. You’ve built real things - distributed systems, APIs, developer tools - and you’ve gone deep on agents, LLM pipelines, or autonomous workflows. You’re not just using AI tools - you have opinions on where this is going. You will own large parts of the system and move quickly from idea → working product. You will spend most of your time building. Not managing. Not talking about roadmaps. Building. This is a full-time role, remote-friendly, with a preference for U.S. time zones and close collaboration with the Seattle-based team. Senior Developer Productivity Engineer
About the Role At Together AI, you'll own the systems and tooling that let our engineers ship quickly and reliably: CI/CD pipelines, release infrastructure, local dev environments, and the testing systems the whole engineering team depends on. This is a high-leverage, build-heavy role. You'll take on big projects and drive them end to end: building a full-stack release service with deployment orchestration, rebuilding the front-end build pipeline, standing up testing infrastructure that kills flaky builds. The goal is straightforward: engineers should spend their time building products, not fighting their tooling. This is an engineering role focused on building systems, not a QA or manual testing role. You build the infrastructure that makes manual effort unnecessary. Responsibilities - Build and own the production systems engineers rely on: release services with deployment orchestration (canary, blue/green), reusable CI/CD pipelines, and self-service tooling. - Build testing infrastructure: the frameworks and harnesses that make tests fast and reliable, and track down flaky tests and slow builds at the systems level. - Build and maintain local dev environments and containerized workflows so engineers can spin up and iterate fast. - Create starter templates and shared tooling (CLIs, codegen, IDE integrations) so teams can stand up new services in minutes. - Be the go-to engineer for GitHub Actions and GitOps: defining problems, untangling pipeline issues, and improving how the org works with them. - Improve front-end build tooling and developer workflows alongside product engineers. - Work across the org to find the biggest sources of friction and fix them at the root. Document what you build so others can use it. Requirements - 5+ years building software in production, with a strong track record of owning systems or services end to end, from design through operation. - Strong software engineering fundamentals. You write production-quality code and have built and operated real services, not just scripts or test automation. - Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript for tooling, automation, and enablement. - Deep experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, GitOps) and building scalable, reusable pipelines. - Experience with containerized development workflows and local dev tooling (e.g., Skaffold). - Experience building starter templates and scaffolding, with engineering teams, to accelerate new service creation. - Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) and a habit of using them to move faster and ship more. - A builder's mindset and strong ownership. You like creating the tools and systems other people depend on. - Rigor in diagnosing systemic issues: flaky tests, build latency, deployment failures. Nice to have - Kubernetes expertise (EKS, K3s) and experience optimizing containerized builds. - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi). - Front-end tooling familiarity (React, Next.js, Jest) to optimize front-end dev workflows. - Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Honeycomb) to debug bottlenecks. Compensation We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $180,000 - $250,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Consolidation Manager
ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. THE ROLE As a Consolidation Manager on the Finance team, you will build and run Mistral's consolidation function from the ground up. The group is setting up a true, recurring IFRS consolidation, and this role owns the transition end-to-end. It is a rare opportunity to design a consolidation framework at a fast-scaling group. You will consolidate a perimeter of around 30 entities across some 15 countries, in a multi-currency environment. The scope is evolving by nature: new entities, new revenue streams, acquisitions generating goodwill and business-combination accounting, and a complex group structure that will keep consolidation challenging over time. You will report to the Group Accounting Director and work closely with the IFRS team, delivering reliable consolidated figures to leadership and shareholders. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build and run a recurring monthly IFRS consolidation across ~30 entities in ~15 countries. - Lead the selection, configuration, and rollout of the group's consolidation tool, benchmarking providers and making the method and design choices that will scale. - Implement and maintain consolidation rules - Handle multi-currency consolidation and FX differences across the entity perimeter. - Evolve consolidation rules as the scope changes: new entities, new revenue streams, and new IFRS standards (i.e., IFRS 18). - Navigate complex and evolving group structures across multiple countries and entities. - Partner with the IFRS team and the broader Finance organization to deliver reliable consolidated figures each quarter. - Document methods and choices so the consolidation framework stays auditable and transferable. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Solid IFRS consolidation experience, including business combinations, goodwill, intercompany eliminations and multi-currency translation. - A background combining an audit firm and in-house consolidation, with the seniority to own the topic end-to-end. - Comfortable building a consolidation function from scratch, with the appetite to set up rules, choose methods and pick tooling rather than inherit an existing setup. - Strong enough technical grasp to evaluate and recommend consolidation methods and tools, with the trade-offs clearly in mind. - Hands-on and detail-oriented, willing to dive into the figures and investigate reconciliation differences. - Able to operate autonomously in an environment with an evolving scope (new entities, new revenue streams, changing standards). - Fluent English; French is a plus. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Support Operations Systems Lead
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. About the role We’re hiring a Support Operations Systems Lead to help own the systems, workflows, and operating rhythms that keep User Operations running reliably at scale. This is a hands-on technical support operations role for someone who can move fluidly between live triage of our projects, backlog management of internal requests, systems health, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end program ownership. You’ll work across ticketing workflows, routing logic, queue health, labeling taxonomy, escalation paths, workforce signals, and internal tooling requests. The ideal person is more technical than a traditional operations lead, more hands-on than a traditional TPM, and less software-engineering-heavy than a dedicated SWE. You should be comfortable investigating messy operational issues, making or coordinating safe system changes, pushing back on unclear requests, and turning recurring problems into durable improvements. What you’ll do - Own day-to-day operations for core support systems, including ticketing workflows, routing, queues, labels, taxonomy, escalations, and related tooling. - Triage urgent operational issues as they arise, especially when system behavior, workforce distribution, queue health, or SLA risk looks off. - Manage intake, prioritization, and follow-through for systems requests from support managers, TSEs, operations leads, engineering, product, and other internal teams. - Help maintain the team’s roadmap by distinguishing one-off fixes from broader system improvements, surfacing recurring pain points, and pushing back on low-leverage work. - Drive smaller technical and operational programs end-to-end, being responsible for discovery, scoping and execution, rollout, documentation and success metrics. - Partner with engineering, data, IT, and support leaders to debug issues, validate changes, improve monitoring, and prevent repeat failures. - Use Cursor and AI-native workflows to reduce manual toil, investigate issues, summarize signals, draft documentation, test changes, and improve how the team operates. You may be a fit if - You have experience in support operations, systems operations, technical program management, or a similarly cross-functional technical systems role. - You are comfortable working close to operational systems such as ticketing platforms, routing workflows, queue configuration, labels/taxonomies, dashboards, Slack workflows, and internal tools. - You are technical enough to investigate system issues, read configuration or code, and partner effectively with engineers, even if you are not primarily a software engineer. - You are excellent at triage and prioritization: when several things are broken or ambiguous, you can quickly determine what is urgent, what needs investigation, what needs escalation, and what should become a longer-term fix. - You can own work end to end: clarify the problem, align stakeholders, sequence the work, communicate tradeoffs, launch safely, and measure whether the change worked. - You are comfortable pushing back thoughtfully and can tell stakeholders “not yet,” “not this way,” or “this should be part of a broader fix” while maintaining trust. - You are energized by a role that blends firefighting with systems-building, and you have a strong bias toward action, clarity, and continuous improvement.
