RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value. SambaNova is redefining the economics of AI inference. Our SN50L-based systems deliver industry-leading inference performance, and we deploy them where it matters most — inside the data centers of neoclouds and cloud service providers building the next generation of AI capacity. Increasingly, that means heterogeneous, disaggregated inference: SambaNova RDUs running alongside GPU estates, each serving the stage of the inference pipeline it does best. Cloud service providers are our most strategic segment, and we are hiring an Account Director to lead it in the Americas. Reporting directly to the VP of Americas, you will own the number and the account strategy for this market — expanding an active book of business while opening the next generation of accounts. This is a seat for a seller who knocks down doors, builds pipeline, and runs complex infrastructure pursuits from first outreach to a founder or CTO through negotiated multi-rack, multi-year capacity commitments. Deal cycles run in quarters, contract values run large, and the wins go to whoever best understands the customer's business. What you'll be doing - Own a CSP number for the Americas. Carry the quota, drive account tiering across neoclouds, GPU clouds, and service providers, and decide where we invest pursuit resources. - Expand the territory aggressively. Grow existing accounts and prospect directly into founders, CTOs, and heads of infrastructure at capacity providers. Meetings in this segment are created, not inherited. - Run pursuits end to end. Qualify with discipline, map the economic buyer and technical champion, build the win plan, and drive deals through technical validation to commercial close. - Sell the customer's P&L, not our spec sheet. Neoclouds buy margin, not racks. Position SambaNova capacity in terms of utilization, cost-per-token, and inference-as-revenue — how our systems expand the economics of their business. - Structure deals that fit how capacity providers buy. Committed-capacity constructs, phased deployments, expansion paths — shaped with Finance and defended in front of the customer's CFO as credibly as their CTO. - Lead the pursuit team. Partner with a dedicated Senior Solutions Architect on technical strategy and validation, and deploy SambaNova executives into deals deliberately, not reactively. - Sharpen the playbook. Refine the CSP go-to-market — positioning, deal constructs, competitive posture — as the senior seller in the segment. - Forecast like an operator. Own pipeline integrity and forecast accuracy, and deliver structured market and competitive intelligence back to the VP and product leadership. What we need to see - 8+ years of quota-carrying infrastructure sales — cloud, data center systems, semiconductors, or AI platforms — with a verifiable record of exceeding number on large, complex deals. - Proven new-business DNA: self-sourced pipeline, marquee logos you personally opened, and territories you grew materially. - Command of long-cycle, capital-scale deals (6–18 months), navigating technical leaders, procurement, finance, and executive sponsors in parallel. - Fluency in the economics of AI capacity: GPU cluster costs, utilization math, inference workloads, and the pressures CSPs face turning compute into margin. - Established understanding of the neocloud/CSP landscape — who is building, who is buying, and how their procurement actually moves. - Executive presence: you sell to founders and CTOs as a peer and represent SambaNova with leadership in the room. Ways to stand out from the crowd - Existing relationships with neocloud, GPU cloud, or CSP leadership across the Americas. - Experience selling accelerated compute, rack-scale systems, or committed-capacity structures. - Experience selling within or against the NVIDIA ecosystem and its partner motions. - Track record of taking over a strategic territory and materially accelerating it. Base Salary Range: Base Pay Range $157,500 - $192,500 USD Submission Guidelines Please note that in order to be considered an applicant for any position at SambaNova Systems, you must submit an application form for each position for which you believe you are qualified. The role will partner closely with infrastructure operations, site development, engineering, construction, power, hardware, supply chain, finance, legal, public policy, government affairs, communications, and external infrastructure partners. This is a senior leadership role requiring infrastructure fluency, sustainability expertise, executive judgment, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across organizational boundaries. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain a comprehensive sustainability strategy for OpenAI’s global compute infrastructure. - Translate sustainability objectives into actionable requirements for site selection, design, construction, procurement, commissioning, and operations. - Establish decision frameworks that balance environmental impact with infrastructure reliability, deployment speed, cost, and scalability. - Develop strategies addressing operational and embodied carbon, water stewardship, materials, construction impacts, waste, circularity, and equipment lifecycle management. - Partner with data center engineering and operations teams to identify practical improvements in infrastructure efficiency, resource use, resilience, and operational performance. - Incorporate sustainability considerations into self-build, colocation, cloud, and strategic infrastructure-partner decisions. - Establish measurable goals, operating metrics, dashboards, and governance mechanisms for infrastructure sustainability programs. - Improve the quality, consistency, and auditability of environmental and operational data across internal teams and external partners. - Work with hardware, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to develop supplier requirements and lifecycle strategies for infrastructure equipment. - Evaluate emerging technologies, design approaches, and operating practices and determine which should move from pilot programs into scaled deployment. - Develop business cases that clearly communicate environmental impact, implementation requirements, cost, schedule, and operational tradeoffs. - Partner with Public Policy and Government Affairs on infrastructure-related sustainability positions, regulatory developments, and external engagement. - Represent OpenAI in conversations with infrastructure partners, industry organizations, policymakers, community stakeholders, and other external parties. - Provide executive leadership with clear assessments of progress, material risks, strategic choices, and recommended actions. - Build repeatable playbooks that allow sustainability practices to scale across sites, geographies, infrastructure partners, and technology generations. Qualifications - 12+ years of experience in sustainability, infrastructure operations, environmental strategy, data center infrastructure, the built environment, or a related field. - Experience leading sustainability or operational-improvement programs across a large, complex, and geographically distributed organization. - Demonstrated ability to translate high-level environmental objectives into practical engineering, procurement, construction, and operational requirements. - Strong understanding of carbon, water, materials, waste, circularity, and lifecycle considerations within physical infrastructure. - Experience building metrics, governance systems, and executive reporting for complex operational programs. - Ability to evaluate technical, financial, environmental, regulatory, and reputational tradeoffs together. - Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority. - Experience working with external partners, suppliers, regulators, policymakers, or industry organizations. - Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to make complex subjects clear and decision-ready for executives. - Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information, changing priorities, and significant external scrutiny. Preferred Skills - Experience with hyperscale data centers, cloud infrastructure, industrial facilities, or another power- and resource-intensive operating environment. - Familiarity with data center design, construction, facilities operations, hardware supply chains, and infrastructure-development lifecycles. - Experience with embodied-carbon reduction, sustainable construction materials, water-positive programs, equipment circularity, or infrastructure-efficiency initiatives. - Knowledge of greenhouse-gas accounting, environmental disclosure frameworks, lifecycle assessment, and sustainability-related data systems. - Experience developing external partnerships or industry initiatives that produced measurable operational outcomes. - Familiarity with energy procurement and utility policy sufficient to partner effectively with dedicated power and energy teams. - Experience building or leading multidisciplinary sustainability and infrastructure programs through periods of rapid organizational growth. Technical Program Manager, Public Sector
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role Claude is used across government, from US federal civilian agencies to national security, state and local, and allied international governments, and nearly every model and product Anthropic ships has public sector work on the end of it. Each of those segments runs under its own regulatory and deployment constraints, so delivering Claude to them means standing up compliant infrastructure with cloud partners, landing new models in restricted environments, bringing our application suite to parity with commercial, and clearing frameworks like FedRAMP, repeated for every segment. We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to own that program. Today that coordination is spread across the public sector product and engineering leads and the many teams they pull in: research, infrastructure, security, compliance, and product engineering. You'll become the single owner of that program, the person who knows where every workstream stands, what it is waiting on, and who needs to decide. Over time, government customers get new models and products on a predictable cadence, authorizations like FedRAMP run as a steady program rather than a one-off push, and each new segment takes less bespoke effort than the last. Responsibilities - Own the program for delivering new Claude models into public sector environments: sequencing, dependencies, and tradeoffs across research, inference and capacity, cloud partners, safeguards, and compliance teams - Drive FedRAMP and similar authorization programs for Anthropic's public sector offerings, working with privacy, security, compliance, and platform engineering - Plan and sequence work across public sector segments, from model and API availability to application parity and segment-specific product work - Represent public sector requirements in model launch planning alongside the launch TPMs - Establish the operating rhythm: a single view of workstreams, owners, dependencies, risks, and status, with planning, escalation paths, and launch coordination across orgs - Convert recurring efforts into documented, repeatable processes so that each new segment or model requires less bespoke coordination You may be a good fit if you - Have several years of experience in technical program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional programs - Have shipped software or infrastructure into regulated or restricted environments (government clouds, air-gapped deployments, FedRAMP or similar authorization frameworks) and can engage meaningfully with the infrastructure, ML, and security engineers doing the work - Have experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams and organizations simultaneously, including research, security, and compliance partners - Are highly organized and can manage multiple parallel workstreams effectively across distributed teams - Thrive in unstructured environments with a knack for bringing order to chaos and creating clarity in ambiguous situations - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority - Have worked on public sector, defense, or government cloud programs, or hold or are eligible for a US security clearance (preferred but not required) - Are passionate about Anthropic's mission and interested in the challenges of bringing AI capabilities to public institutions safely and reliably - Are a US person. We have agreements with the US Government that mandate this for these roles. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $365,000 - $435,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Supplier Security & Assurance, Security GRC
About the role Anthropic's Supplier Security & Assurance (SSA) team sits within Security GRC and is responsible for assessing the security of our suppliers: evaluating whether vendors meet our security requirements, capturing the deviations, and giving the business a clear approval decision it can act on. We assess the vendor population a frontier AI lab actually depends on: SaaS and software, human data operations, compute and data center providers, hardware suppliers, and services firms. The program is designed agent-first so that people spend their time on judgment, remediation, and the vendors that matter most. As a member of the Supplier Security & Assurance team you will run supplier security assessments end to end: reviewing evidence, verifying agent-drafted evaluations, determining inherent and residual risk, and driving findings to closure with vendors and business owners. You will also carry the work that extends assurance past the approval, from contractual security terms and secure configuration baselines to continuous monitoring and reassessment, and you will help shape the tooling and requirements the program runs on. Key responsibilities - Run supplier security assessments: review agent-prefilled outputs, evaluate vendor controls and evidence, determine residual risk, route to domain reviewers where deeper assessment is warranted - Operate supplier issue management and risk treatment: document each finding with a severity, an owner, and a due date, drive remediation with the vendor and the business owner, record risk acceptances, and roll open issues up to the risk register - Run continuous monitoring after approval: reopen an assessment on defined triggers (data classification change, new SOC 2 report, new subprocessor, vendor incident), investigate SaaS configuration, data, and use case drift signals, and queue a reassessment where the vendor's scope has moved - Improve the program as you run it: identify gaps in coverage, questionnaires, requirements, and tooling that surface during assessments, propose the fix, and carry roadmap items that mature supplier security overall - Tune and maintain our Claude-powered assessment platform alongside the team: prompt development, questionnaire and assessment type design, calibration against assessor decisions, and output QA - Contribute to KPI and KRI reporting on coverage, cycle time, residual risk, open issues, and reassessments due Minimum qualifications - Experience running supplier security assessments end to end at a technology company: scoping the engagement, determining inherent risk, reviewing controls and evidence, documenting residual risk, and driving findings to closure - Working knowledge of risk fundamentals (inherent and residual risk, control effectiveness, compensating controls, risk acceptance) and the judgment to apply them when the evidence is incomplete or the answer isn't in a framework - Ability to assess a vendor across security domains, and to recognize which findings you can close yourself and which need a security domain specialist - Track record of driving risk treatment to closure through influence across teams with competing priorities - Experience building or tuning an LLM-backed workflow, agent, or automation in a risk, compliance, or operations context, including tuning prompts and reviewing model output for accuracy - Experience building or operating issue management workflows: logging issues with a clear owner and due date, tracking remediation, and escalating when treatment stalls - Working technical knowledge of SaaS security configuration (SSO and SCIM, admin scoping, sharing defaults, audit log export) and of standard vendor security contract terms (DPA, incident notification, subprocessors, audit and testing rights) - Ability to read a SOC 2 report or penetration test and turn it into findings: identify control exceptions and carve-outs, map complementary user entity controls, and judge what the evidence does and does not prove Preferred qualifications - Experience assessing cloud infrastructure, data center, or data-pipeline vendors - Experience supporting SOX, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 third party or vendor management controls - Experience assessing additional, more specialized vendor cohorts from a security risk perspective: human data operations or data labeling vendors, hardware suppliers, compute providers and neoclouds, and others - Experience with post-approval supplier continuous monitoring: configuration, data, and use case drift detection, shadow IT & SaaS detection, vendor incident management, or evidence-based vendor audits/site visits The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $255,000 - $270,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Technical Program Manager, Multimodal
ABOUT THE TEAM The Product & Platform teams at OpenAI are responsible for delivering the company’s most impactful offerings—such as ChatGPT, our API platform, and new enterprise capabilities—to a global and diverse customer base. These systems must perform at scale and deliver exceptional experiences to developers, consumers, and businesses alike. The ChatGPT Multimodal team works across voice, image generation, and other multimodal experiences to turn frontier research capabilities into reliable products. The team connects product usage and failure patterns with research, evaluation, data, inference, capacity, and external partnerships so that model and product improvements translate into better experiences for users. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to build the flywheel that helps ChatGPT multimodal products learn from real-world usage and improve quickly. You will lead programs spanning production-signal mining, evaluation and data pipelines, research-to-production parity, multimodal capacity planning, and complex cross-functional dependencies for voice and image-generation launches. You will work closely with product engineering, research, Human Data, inference and capacity teams, safety partners, and external vendors or product partners. Success requires technical depth, strong systems thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn fragmented or manual work into durable mechanisms that teams adopt. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Build a system for mining production conversations and product signals to identify representative multimodal workflows, user needs, and failure modes. - Establish and maintain evaluations for the highest-priority multimodal behaviors and use cases, with clear coverage, quality standards, and ownership. - Package production signals into decision-ready data and evaluations that research teams can use to improve model behavior. - Measure whether model, prompt, configuration, and product changes produce meaningful improvements in multimodal evaluations and user outcomes. - Close gaps between research and production environments, including system prompts, sampling behavior, multimodal configurations, inference differences, and other sources of parity drift. - Create a repeatable process for reproducing product failures with research partners and validating fixes in the shipped experience. - Lead multimodal capacity planning by forecasting demand, translating it into GPU and serving needs, and managing headroom and reallocation tradeoffs for voice and image-generation workloads. - Improve the tooling and operating processes used to plan, launch, and operate multimodal capabilities as demand and model behavior evolve. - Coordinate targeted multilingual data collection across research, Human Data, and external vendors. - Drive cross-functional programs that multimodal launches depend on, including multimodal actor recruitment and selection and voice-related product partnerships across vehicles, smart speakers, and headphone ecosystems. - Create clear operating cadences, decision rights, metrics, risk management, and executive-ready communication across complex, time-sensitive programs. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU: - Have led technically complex programs across machine learning, multimodal products, model evaluation, data pipelines, inference, capacity, or large-scale product infrastructure. - Can move fluently between user-facing product behavior and the underlying model, evaluation, configuration, serving, and capacity systems. - Have built mechanisms that convert production signals into prioritized evaluations, data, engineering work, and measurable product improvements. - Can reason credibly about GPU demand, serving constraints, latency, reliability, quality, and launch tradeoffs. - Have closed research-to-production gaps and can drive structured debugging and validation across teams with different environments and incentives. - Turn manual or fragmented workflows into scalable tooling, clear ownership, and durable operating practices. - Lead effectively across research, engineering, product, operations, Human Data, and external partners without relying on direct authority. - Communicate crisply, make ambiguity tractable, and use metrics and evidence to drive decisions. - Thrive in ambiguous, scaling environments and can bring order to complex cross-functional work without losing pace. - Care about OpenAI's mission and about expanding responsible access to advanced AI systems. About OpenAI OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Location Requirement - San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 50% in office - Oyster Point) Minimum requirements - PhD with 3+ years, MS or MA with 6+ years, or BS or BA with 8+ years of data science or quantitative modeling experience. - Proficiency in SQL and a computing language such as Python or R. - Ability to effectively work both independently and with cross-disciplinary teams, including engineering and finance, to deliver impactful results. - A demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with a high attention to detail. - Solid business acumen and experience in synthesizing complex analyses into actionable recommendations. - A track record of building relationships with and influencing the decisions of senior technical leadership. - A builder's mindset with a willingness to question assumptions and conventional wisdom. - Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools to accelerate model development, analysis, and coding. Editor
About the Team OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. About the Role As Senior Editor, you will establish editorial and post-production as a centralized, end-to-end creative capability for OpenAI’s creative studio. You will personally edit high-priority work while building the global systems, standards, talent network, and production infrastructure that enable the studio to move fluidly from early idea to prototype to finished work. We’re looking for an exceptional editor who is also a builder. You will bring strong narrative instincts and finishing craft, but your influence will begin well before footage reaches the edit. You will work alongside creative, production, design, and product teams to shape concepts, test ideas, develop scripts, plan coverage, and identify the right form for each story. You will help create an editorial model that can support work across formats, markets, languages, and timelines—enabling teams to make quickly when speed matters and scale thoughtfully when the ambition requires it. Over time, you will develop the people, partnerships, tools, and operating practices needed to make editorial and post-production a durable global capability. This role is based in Remote Los Angeles, with periodic travel to other OpenAI offices. In this role, you will: - Edit high-priority films and content, bringing exceptional judgment across story, structure, pacing, performance, emotion, sound, music, graphics, and finishing. - Help teams move from concept to prototype quickly, using editorial as a creative development tool to explore ideas, test narrative approaches, and make possibilities tangible before or during production. - Partner with creative teams from the earliest stages of development to shape concepts, treatments, scripts, story architecture, coverage plans, production approaches, and the role of post. - Build an end-to-end editorial capability spanning creative development, rapid prototyping, production support, offline editing, motion and graphics, sound, color, finishing, localization, versioning, and final delivery. - Define global editorial and post-production standards, including workflows, technical specifications, review practices, media management, asset organization, archival systems, security protocols, and delivery requirements. - Design systems that allow work to move efficiently across internal teams and external partners while preserving creative intent, quality, security, and clear ownership. - Develop approaches for global adaptation and localization that maintain the meaning, tone, and emotional integrity of the work across languages, formats, platforms, and cultural contexts. - Build and manage a trusted global network of editors, assistant editors, producers, motion designers, sound partners, composers, colorists, VFX artists, finishing specialists, and other post-production talent. - Match projects with the right editorial talent and production model, balancing creative ambition, subject-matter expertise, location, cultural fluency, speed, and budget. - Create thoughtful ways for internal creatives and external collaborators to work together, including briefing, onboarding, review, feedback, and knowledge-sharing practices. - Evaluate and introduce tools—including emerging AI-enabled creative tools—that expand how the studio can prototype, edit, version, localize, and make work while protecting creative quality and judgment. - Plan the future shape and capacity of the editorial function, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, resource planning, and eventually managing additional editorial and post-production support. - Raise the creative bar across the studio by sharing editorial thinking, teaching teams how to plan for post, and helping collaborators make stronger narrative decisions throughout the creative process. You might thrive in this role if you: - Have 10+ years as an accomplished editor with a portfolio of exceptional narrative, commercial, documentary, social, product, or brand work. - Bring excellent story instincts and can find clarity, humanity, and emotional shape in complex, technical, ambiguous, or incomplete material. - See editing as more than a finishing step: you use it to think, discover, prototype, and shape the work from the beginning. - Understand the full post-production lifecycle, including media management, offline and online workflows, motion and graphics, sound, music, color, VFX, finishing, localization, versioning, archival, and delivery. - Have experience building editorial operations or leading complex post-production across multiple teams, partners, markets, or regions. - Know how to identify exceptional creative talent, build trusted relationships, and assemble the right team around a project. - Can create scalable global systems without losing the flexibility, local nuance, experimentation, and judgment that great creative work requires. - Are curious about new creative technologies and thoughtful about where they can meaningfully improve the process—not simply accelerate it. - Are comfortable moving between detailed hands-on craft and broader questions of talent, tooling, operations, and organizational design. - Collaborate generously, communicate clearly, synthesize feedback well, and remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure. - Want to help build a modern creative studio capable of imagining, prototyping, making, and delivering meaningful work from end to end. Creative Operations Lead, Business Marketing
About the Team Business Marketing helps organizations understand and put OpenAI’s products to work. Our creative team brings that story to life across campaigns, launches, and everyday marketing experiences. We work closely with marketing partners to make ambitious, thoughtful creative work that connects with business audiences. About the Role We’re looking for a Creative Operations Lead who knows how to get exceptional creative work made at extraordinary speed and scale. Reporting to the Head of Creative, Business you will run creative resourcing, budget management, and studio operations across our internal team, contractors, and agencies; balancing ongoing campaigns with rapidly emerging launches and requests. You’ll turn ambitious briefs and tight timelines into achievable production plans, match work to the right talent, and keep multiple teams moving without sacrificing craft or quality. This requires inventive resource management: knowing when to add capacity, batch work, reuse assets, adjust scope, or enable marketers to self-serve. AI is essential to making this possible. You’ll be a hands-on builder who works with creatives, producers, and S&O to improve briefing, accelerate production, and remove repetitive work. Your success will show up in the volume and quality of work the studio delivers, the clarity teams have, and how effectively you use their time. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: - Own creative resourcing and studio operations across internal teams, contractors, and agencies, matching the right skills and capacity to each project. - Build and run practical capacity planning and staffing systems that balance durable campaign work with fast-moving launches and new requests. - Partner with Strategy & Operations as briefs take shape to assess creative effort, dependencies, and readiness, then translate priorities into clear staffing and production plans. - Find inventive solutions to tight resource constraints: adjust scope, add specialist capacity, sequence or batch work, and identify opportunities to reuse assets or enable self-service. - Partner with producers to keep delivery moving, anticipate bottlenecks, and resolve staffing, review, and handoff issues before they put quality or timelines at risk. - Manage agency capacity and assignments with creative leadership and producers, setting clear expectations for scope, timing, costs, and quality. - Manage the studio’s creative resourcing budget within agreed funding, balancing agency fees, contractor spend, and internal capacity. Forecast costs and commitments, surface risks early, and recommend changes to the resource mix or scope in partnership with Business Operations. - Protect creative focus and craft by matching production investment to the work and making tradeoffs clear to partners. - Build and continually improve AI-enabled tools and workflows that make briefing, production, adaptation, and self-service faster and more effective, with appropriate creative review. - Use delivery data and team feedback to improve throughput, reduce rework, and make the studio’s pace more sustainable. You might thrive in this role if you: - Have 10+ years of experience personally owning creative operations, resourcing, or integrated production across multiple disciplines and concurrent programs. - Have a strong understanding of design, copy, motion, video, and web production, including the skills, dependencies, and review cycles behind an initial request. - Have a track record of designing and running staffing, capacity planning, and intake systems that teams trust and use in fast-paced environments. - Have sound judgment about when work belongs in-house, with contractors or agencies, or in a self-service model—and how to balance speed, cost, and craft. - Have experience managing agency and contractor relationships, creative budgets, and commercial tradeoffs—including agency fee models and contractor rates—and finding resourceful solutions when demand exceeds capacity. - Have hands-on experience building and implementing AI-enabled workflows, with evidence of improvements in production speed, capacity, or quality. You understand where automation helps and where creative judgment is essential. - Have the ability to build trust with creative leaders, producers, and marketers, communicate tradeoffs directly, and keep people aligned as priorities change. - Possess high ownership, composure, and flexibility in ambiguous environments, with a bias toward solving problems and improving how the team works. Order to Cash Operations Lead
About the Team OpenAI Finance ensures the organization is positioned for long-term success as we pursue our mission. The Order to Cash (OTC) team oversees the complete flow of commercial transactions from order intake and provisioning through billing, collections, and cash application — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in support of OpenAI’s mission to ensure artificial general intelligence benefits all of humanity. About the Role We are looking for an experienced OTC lead to help scale OpenAI’s EMEA order management, billing and AR operations, as our commercial business and customer base continue to grow. As a senior individual contributor within the team, you will own the end-to-end order-to-invoice lifecycle for your assigned portfolio. You will assist with improving processes, policies and rigor to ensure our workflows and systems are complete and accurate. This role will have a strong AI, automation, and process-transformation mandate. You will help define how AI and modern tooling can improve order processing, billing, risk identification, customer outreach, reporting, and exception management. You will partner closely with Finance Systems, Product, Engineering, and operational teams to translate these opportunities into scalable workflows that reduce manual effort while maintaining strong judgment, controls, and customer experience. You will also work closely with Billing Operations, Cash Application, Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Legal, Accounting, and other cross-functional partners to resolve complex issues and strengthen the end-to-end order to cash lifecycle. This is an opportunity to help build a more intelligent, automated, and scalable operating model at OpenAI. This role is critical to building the operational backbone for OpenAI’s expansion across the EMEA region. You will combine deep operational judgment with process and control execution, automation, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving to improve billing reliability, partner experience, customer outcomes, and financial integrity at scale. This role is based in our Dublin office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: - Own end-to-end OTC execution across order intake, quote/order validation, provisioning alignment, usage and pricing data readiness, billing execution, invoice review, AR follow-up, cash application dependencies, and customer closeout. - Operate AR collections, credit and cash application workflows across the full customer lifecycle. - Govern offshore BPO execution across OM, Billing, and AR workstreams through daily and weekly queue reviews, prioritization, SOP/training updates, access blockers, quality checks, escalation paths, and SLA follow-through. - Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Deal Desk, Legal, Customer Success, Revenue Accounting, Accounting, Tax, Finance Systems, Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Support to resolve blockers and improve handoffs. - Build and maintain scalable SOPs, playbooks, controls, dashboards, and operating cadences so the function can move from person-dependent execution to repeatable process ownership. - Identify and drive automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements across order validation, invoice accuracy, collections prioritization, dispute routing, reporting, BPO quality, and control evidence. You might thrive in this role if you have: - Strong end to end Order-to-Cash foundation with hands-on experience across order-to-invoice and invoice-to-cash processes. - Ability to operate across Order Management, Billing Operations, AR Collections, credit/customer-risk review, cash application dependencies, reconciliations, and month-end close support. - Experience in complex, high-growth environments with usage-based, subscription, enterprise SaaS, marketplace, partner-channel, or hybrid billing models. - Strong data and systems fluency across CPQ, ERP, billing, payment, and reporting workflows; able to investigate mismatches and identify root causes across systems. - BPO or offshore operating experience, including queue governance, SOP adherence, quality checks, training, escalation management, and performance tracking. - Controls and audit-readiness mindset, including SOX-aware documentation, approval frameworks, evidence retention, reconciliations, and clean handoffs to Accounting/Revenue Accounting. - Strong stakeholder management across GTM, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and BPO teams. - Comfort with ambiguity, hands-on execution, direct issue ownership, customer-sensitive escalations, and continuous process improvement. - Automation and AI orientation, with curiosity and practical judgment around where tooling can improve prioritization, reporting, controls, outreach, and exception handling. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Non-Financial Reporting team owns Anthropic's mandatory mandatory disclosures. In this role, you will own cross functional mechanisms to understand the reporting implications of our compute build out. You will build out data management processes, drive key disclosure strategy decisions, and develop a repeatable approach for responding to customer queries. You will help define how the impact of frontier AI gets measured, disclosed, and verified. Responsibilities - Develop and own the internal mechanisms to track and resolve open questions on leases, capex, and other changes to our company footprint, so that financial reporting and non-financial reporting stay aligned. - Prepare the mandatory disclosure filings (EU CSRD, AU ASRS, etc.) and successor regimes, and develop risk assessment methodologies to enable compliance with these frameworks. - Own corporate reporting on non-financial metrics including carbon, energy, water and other relevant metrics. - Ensure our non-financial reporting is assurance-ready: design the controls, documentation, and tech systems to the same standard as our financial reporting, and manage external assurance processes. - Assist in developing our disclosure strategy and governance in partnership with legal, communications and policy teams: assess the reporting landscape, and set our voluntary disclosure posture (CDP, EcoVadis, customer-facing statements). - Develop a scalable process for responding to customer requests — maintain the answer library, meet SLAs agreed with Sales, and own the methodology for customer-level reporting. Minimum qualifications - Deep working knowledge of mandatory reporting standards and experience building a data management plan, documenting methodology choices, and defending them to auditors or assurance providers. - Cloud or data-center impact accounting (electricity and energy data, supplier-specific data). - Proficiency in maintaining non-financial accounting platforms and managing multi-stakeholder data collection. - Familiarity with financial accounting standards accounting and the ability to partner with financial accounting teams. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $230,000 - $300,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
