At Affirm, we exist for the moments that matter—giving people a clear, predictable way to pay over time, with no hidden fees, no surprises, and no tradeoffs on what matters most. The InfoSec team protects Affirm’s systems and data from evolving threats. We manage security risk, monitor vulnerabilities, and enforce protective controls across the company. The team leads incident response, compliance, identity and access management, and employee training. Our goal is to ensure that security is built into every system and decision at Affirm. We maintain a secure, trustworthy environment so the business can operate and grow with confidence. In this role, you'll build and run Affirm's end-to-end security review process for enterprise AI/LLM systems evaluating architecture, prioritizing AI-specific risks, and designing the controls and guardrails that let Affirm adopt AI safely, partnering across Security, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and Engineering to make it scalable and repeatable. What you’ll do - You will lead and continuously improve Affirm's enterprise AI security review process evaluating the architecture, data flows, permissions, and design of internal AI tools, agentic/MCP-based systems, and AI features — and embed security requirements into the design phase. - You will threat model AI/LLM-based systems and their data flows for risks such as prompt injection, insecure output handling, excessive agency, tool-permission abuse, data poisoning, and sensitive-data exposure, and drive remediation. - You will review source code, system prompts, agent configurations, and tool/permission manifests (e.g., MCP definitions), and help tool owners build security-focused test cases and red-team/eval scenarios to verify requirements before launch. - You will design and build security guardrails and tooling for AI systems permission boundaries, authn/authz for agentic tools and MCP servers, data-handling controls, logging/monitoring, and policy-as-code (Python, IaC) — to enforce and automate AI security. - You will evaluate the AI capabilities of third-party SaaS vendors (e.g., Notion, Slack, Google Workspace) as part of vendor and SaaS security reviews and drive risk-based adoption decisions. - You will identify emerging classes of AI/agentic security vulnerabilities, develop mitigations before they become incidents, and contribute to AI-specific incident response playbooks as a senior escalation point. - You will lead cross-functional AI security initiatives to closure, advise technical and executive stakeholders as an internal point of expertise, and stay current on the AI security landscape (OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS) to translate new research into practical controls. What we look for - You are a seasoned security engineer with hands-on experience designing, evaluating, and maintaining security architecture for AI/LLM-based systems, plus deep expertise in enterprise security systems, processes, and controls. - You have practical experience threat modeling and reviewing AI/LLM applications (e.g., against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications) and securing agentic systems and tool-calling frameworks — MCP servers/clients, tool-permission models, and agent-to-tool trust boundaries. - You have built AI governance artifacts (acceptable use policy, data-handling standards, vendor/model risk assessments) and evaluated AI capabilities within SaaS platforms (e.g., Notion AI, Slack AI, Google Workspace AI, GitHub Copilot) as part of vendor reviews. - You have experience with enterprise tools for AI visibility and control (e.g., CASB, IDP/Okta) and familiarity with the corporate systems where AI is adopted (OpenAI, Anthropic, GitHub, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira). - You can build security tooling, guardrails, and detections with Python or similar, and deploy cloud services and policy-as-code using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar); familiarity with Kubernetes and AWS. - You understand how LLMs and agentic systems are built (RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, tool use) and authn/authz models (OAuth2, SAML, service-account/non-human identities) for agentic and machine-to-machine access, with strong application-architecture and threat-modeling fundamentals. - You can lead cross-functional initiatives across Security, Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance and drive them to closure, and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences. Experience in regulated environments (SOC 2, PCI DSS) and applying IAM to non-human/agent identities is a plus. Development Lead
About the Team OpenAI is building the world’s most advanced AI infrastructure ecosystem. The Site Readiness & Development team owns the upstream diligence and development work required to convert powered-land opportunities into executable infrastructure options. About the Role The Development Lead owns the development path after a site clears initial screening. This role validates the viable power pathway, turns site constraints into a building-level deployment plan that makes clear when each building can deploy, and runs the phase-by-phase action list that closes the decisions, dependencies, and evidence gaps needed to make a site controllable and executable. Key Responsibilities - Own the stage-gate path from exclusivity and commercial terms through desktop diligence, confirmatory diligence, site closing, and handoff into design, construction, and operations. - Validate power pathways with Power and utility partners, including service options, interconnection and delivery sequencing, readiness assumptions, schedule exposure, cost implications, and decision points. - Turn each development phase into a disciplined action list with owners, deadlines, closure criteria, open evidence, and escalation paths; drive the list to closure rather than simply reporting status. - Translate power, land, civil, environmental, access, entitlement, and permitting constraints into a building-level deployment plan with clear sequencing and target deployment timing for each building. - Coordinate site access, exclusivity, LOI, commercial terms, financing assumptions, and closing requirements with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Power, Land, and other partner teams. - Define the desktop diligence scope, expected 15–30 day deliverables, and go / no-go criteria; then govern the 90–120 day confirmatory diligence plan. - Set and track ECDs for easements, offsite improvements, well and pipeline locating, environmental studies, water-well testing, geotechnical reports, additional land, incentives, and other site-specific workstreams. - Scope and manage diligence vendors and consultants, keeping their outputs tied to decisions, schedule, cost, action-list closure, and residual risk. - Maintain the integrated development schedule, budget implications, dependency tracker, risk register, mitigation plan, and executive escalation cadence. - Deliver executive-ready advance, defer, or stop recommendations and prepare the readiness package for transition into design, construction, and operations. Qualifications - 6+ years in land development, infrastructure development, data center development, energy-project development, electrical, mechanical, civil or environmental engineering, or related project delivery. - Experience advancing large-scale facility programs through early planning, power validation, phased development, site closing, and readiness handoff. - Strong ability to evaluate power pathways and translate utility, interconnection, and delivery findings into schedule, cost, and deployment implications. - Highly organized operator who can convert ambiguous diligence into owner-based action lists, closure criteria, critical paths, and executive decisions. Staff PLM & Engineering Applications Engineer, Con...
ABOUT THE TEAM The Consumer Devices team at OpenAI builds end-to-end hardware and software systems that bring AI into the physical world. We work at the intersection of custom silicon, embedded systems, operating systems, cloud services, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and product design to deliver reliable, production-ready devices at scale. Within Consumer Devices, Hardware Engineering eXperience, or HEX, is a new bootstrapped team building the environments, applications, compute, product-data systems, and workflows that let hardware engineers do their work without needing to troubleshoot the machinery underneath. HEX owns virtual engineering environments, HPC/GPU compute, storage, networking, licensing, MCAD/ECAD/CAE applications, PLM, product data, automation, validation, and support as one connected system. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Staff PLM & Engineering Applications Engineer, you will be one of the first technical builders of HEX and the primary counterpart to the HEX lead. You will own the engineering-application and product-data side of the hardware engineering experience, with an initial focus on NX, Teamcenter, licensing, parts import, integrations, packaging, validation, and user workflows. This is not a traditional Teamcenter administration role and not a Corporate IT application-support role. You will take complex, fragile workflows and turn them into reliable engineering systems. This role is highly hands-on and systems-oriented. You will not inherit a mature environment and support queue. You will help build a fresh one, replacing manual setup guides, tribal knowledge, repeated support issues, and team handoffs with tested automation and reliable workflows. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL - Own the technical architecture, deployment, configuration, integration, validation, and long-term operation of NX and Teamcenter. - Build reliable workflows for parts import, product-data migration, metadata quality, BOMs, revisions, lifecycle states, and release processes. - Replace manual setup documentation with automated installation, configuration, validation, diagnostics, and recovery workflows. - Build tooling around NX, Teamcenter, MCAD, ECAD, CAE, plugins, licenses, and engineering environments. - Define and validate the golden path for hardware engineers: access, open, design, save, retrieve, release, simulate, and get help. - Partner with mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, simulation, manufacturing, systems, and product-design teams to understand where workflows break. - Work with Compute & Infrastructure-focused HEX Engineers so applications, product data, storage, VDI, HPC, and licenses feel like one coherent system. - Partner with contractors and vendors while keeping architecture, requirements, validation, acceptance, and long-term ownership inside HEX. - Build health checks, regression tests, observability, diagnostics, and support tooling that make failures easy to detect and recover from. - Help establish the technical standards, operating model, and engineering culture for the growing HEX organization. YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU - Have deep hands-on experience with Teamcenter, NX, PLM systems, and CAD workflows in a hardware product-development environment. - Have owned PLM architecture, data models, integrations, migrations, parts imports, release workflows, and engineering application platforms. - Can write automation in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and similar tools. - Have experience with packaging, deployment, licensing, validation, and application integrations. - Understand parts, revisions, BOMs, configurations, lifecycle states, and change workflows. - Can debug across applications, infrastructure, licenses, VDI, networking, storage, compute, and product data. - Prefer building durable tooling and automation instead of managing ticket queues. - See a four-page setup guide and immediately want to replace it with a tested installer. - Are comfortable in a new bootstrapped team where the environment, standards, workflows, and operating model are still being built. - Can work directly with engineers, understand their pain, and turn repeated problems into reliable systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace, BMIDE, ITK, SOA/REST, and Teamcenter customization. - Experience with NX Open, managed mode, customer defaults, templates, licensing, packaging, and upgrades. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with PLM migrations, legacy part imports, data cleanup, ERP integrations, and ECAD integrations. - Experience with MCAD, ECAD, CAE/FEA, HPC, VDI/AVD, GPU workstations, and engineering storage. - Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, infrastructure automation, and self-service systems. - Experience in complex hardware-development environments, including consumer devices, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or embedded systems. Talent Programs Manager
ABOUT US: AI needs a new infrastructure layer. We're building it at Modal. Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now. Our customers include category-defining companies like Lovable https://modal.com/blog/lovable-case-study, Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale. We recently raised a $355M Series C https://modal.com/blog/modal-series-c at a $4.65B valuation, led by General Catalyst and Redpoint Ventures. We've crossed $300M+ ARR and grown fivefold since September. Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience. About Talent at Modal Modal is growing fast, and the programs that bring people in and set them up to succeed are still being built. You'll join the Talent team as one of its first hires focused purely on programs; working closely with recruiting and leadership to build the events, internship, and campus presence that shape how the best people discover and experience Modal for the first time. The Role As Talent Programs Manager, you will own Modal's talent events, our intern program, and our presence at career fairs, end-to-end. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role for someone who wants full ownership rather than an existing playbook to execute. You'll work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and marketing to make sure every program ladders up to real hiring outcomes, and you'll be the person who makes candidates' and interns' first experience of Modal a great one. What You'll Do: - Own Modal's talent events strategy; meetups, recruiting mixers, tech talks, and community events, from concept through post-event follow-up - Design and run the intern program end to end: recruiting timeline, project scoping with hiring managers, mentorship matching, and conversion - Represent Modal at career fairs and campus events, and recruit and prep employee brand ambassadors to join you - Build and maintain relationships with university programs, bootcamps, and community organizations that feed our pipeline - Manage program budgets and vendor relationships; venues, swag, catering, event platforms - Track and report on program metrics: event pipeline conversion, intern conversion rate, cost per hire from programs - Move quickly without sacrificing the candidate or intern experience Requirements: - 3+ years running recruiting/talent programs, events, or university relations, with a track record of owning a program end-to-end including budget and vendors - High influence, low ego: you build relationships easily across recruiting, hiring managers, and marketing, and share credit freely - Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple concurrent events and timelines without dropping details - Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable representing Modal externally - Someone who takes ownership seriously: you drive programs to completion and build structures that let them scale - Based in or willing to relocate to NYC, in-office

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Model Policy Manager, Agentic Safety
About the Team Our Safety Systems https://openai.com/safety/safety-systems team is at the forefront of OpenAI's mission to build and deploy safe AGI, driving our commitment to AI safety and fostering a culture of trust and transparency. Within Safety Systems, the Model Policy team works to ensure that increasingly capable models behave safely and reliably in real-world environments. We investigate emerging model failures, define the behavior models should exhibit instead, and develop the data, evaluations, monitoring, and safeguards needed to improve and validate that behavior. Our work connects alignment research with the practical challenges of training and deploying frontier models. About the Role In this role, you will shape how OpenAI understands and addresses real-world risks that emerge from model misalignment as models become more autonomous and operate over longer horizons. You will investigate how misaligned behavior emerges across extended trajectories - including when models persist toward the wrong objective, take unsafe shortcuts, lose track of instructions, exploit weaknesses in their environment, or circumvent constraints - and translate these insights into behavioral policies, evaluations, monitoring, and safeguards. This role is ideal for someone who wants to turn alignment and safety concerns into concrete, empirically grounded improvements to frontier AI systems. Your Responsibilities: - Identify vulnerabilities that emerge as models interact with tools, data, and external systems, and translate them into model- and system-level safeguards. - Develop threat models and empirical frameworks for understanding harmful outcomes from misaligned behavior. - Build frameworks for understanding harmful outcomes arising from model misalignment. - Identify the underlying behaviors and system conditions that drive those outcomes. - Turn findings into policy frameworks, evaluation criteria, online measurement and safeguards. - Develop human data campaigns and gold sets to ground measurement and evaluation of emerging behaviors and risks. - Partner with research, engineering, security, and product teams to shape model and system safety, balancing difficult trade-offs between safety, utility, and business risk. - Inform deployment decisions, system cards, safeguards reports, and OpenAI’s broader approach to agentic safety. - Build monitoring approaches that detect regressions and emerging risks after deployment. We’re seeking someone who: - Brings a strong background in AI agent safety, privacy, security, cybersecurity, or adjacent fields, with the adversarial mindset needed to investigate real-world harmful outcomes. - Has demonstrated interest in AI alignment and a strong understanding of the technical drivers of misaligned model behavior. - Has enough technical fluency to work directly with evaluation and training data, understand what the data is showing, and identify limitations, patterns, and opportunities for deeper investigation. - Is comfortable working hands-on with model data and evaluation results, including inspecting examples, analyzing failure patterns, assessing data quality, and distinguishing policy failures from grader, model, or system failures. - Uses empirical evidence to develop and refine safety policies and safeguards. - Can translate complex or ambiguous alignment risks into precise behavioral expectations and measurable evaluation criteria. - Works effectively across research, engineering, security, product, and policy. - Communicates clearly about complex and uncertain technical risks. - Enjoys fast-paced, collaborative research environments where priorities shift as models, evidence, and risks change. Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. We're scaling our Deal Desk function and looking for a high-ownership IC to join the Americas team. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Business Operations, partnering closely with Americas sales leaders to structure and win the enterprise deals that form the backbone of our growth — and just as importantly, you'll help us systematize and scale how we get those deals done. About the role We're in-person with cozy offices in North Beach, San Francisco and Manhattan, New York, complete with well-stocked libraries. This role requires five days a week in office. You'll be joining a small, high-ownership team operating in one of the fastest-moving markets in AI. The Deal S&O function is established and humming with deal volume — but we're growing fast enough that "established" doesn't mean "settled." Day-to-day, you'll be in the trenches on live deals, working through pricing negotiation and contract structure alongside sales leaders in real time. You'll also zoom out: scoping and shipping the strategic projects that take what's working today and make it work at 5x the volume — improving our pricing model, tightening approval workflows, scaling our contracting process, and building the sales enablement that lets reps move faster without losing the plot on commercial discipline. What you’ll do - Partner with Americas sales, legal, finance, and revenue operations to structure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals - Serve as a thought partner to sales reps on deal strategy: pricing, competitive positioning, negotiation approach, contract structure, executive engagement - Help evolve our pricing model and deal frameworks as the market and customer base shift — spotting trends across your deal flow, surfacing the patterns to finance and leadership, and driving the changes through - Lead cross-functional projects that systematize how we operate at scale — approval workflows, contracting playbooks, pricing guardrails, sales enablement materials, deal desk operating cadence - Improve the tools and processes we already have (Salesforce, Ironclad, our pricing infrastructure) by partnering with the GTM systems team — without needing to build them yourself - Balance a high-volume deal workload with longer-horizon strategic initiatives, managing competing priorities across multiple reps and deal cycles simultaneously You may be a fit if - You have 5–10 years of experience across consulting, investing, commercial strategy, deal desk, or a combination — and you've operated at a level where you owned outcomes, not just tasks - You've worked on enterprise B2B deals, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure, and have direct experience with $1M+ ACV contracts - You've operated in a high-volume deal environment and have a track record of scaling yourself — building processes, playbooks, and enablement so you're not the bottleneck - You're highly analytical — comfortable analyzing pricing, building ROI models in Excel, and grounding strategic recommendations in data - You have a point of view. You don't wait to be told what to think — you come with a perspective and know how to back it up - You operate with urgency, ownership, and very little hand-holding - You're based in or able to relocate to San Francisco or New York City
Workplace Lead
We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science. We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world. World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached. Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you. ABOUT THE ROLE *Open to candidates based near our NYC office or those willing to relocate. We're looking for a Workplace Lead to own Runway's offices: where they are, how they get built and how they feel to work in. Today that means New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, & Tel Aviv. Over the next few years it means more room in those cities and new locations elsewhere. You'll handle the real estate and the buildouts, what it costs to run each site, and the events and visits that happen in these rooms. You'll work with cross functional partners including People and Finance on how much space we need and when, and with IT and Security on what it takes to make a site usable. Expect to be close to the work itself, not only the strategy behind it. Things are always moving quickly at Runway, so this role calls for exceptional organization and the judgment to know what needs a plan and what just needs doing. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Handle the daily operation of each office: cleaning, repairs, food, supplies, access control, and health and safety - Own the workplace budget and the reporting behind it, from rent and capex through daily operating spend - Run Runway's onsite programming, including all-hands, offsites, team events, screenings and visits from partners and press - Decide how much space Runway needs in each city and by when, working from hiring forecasts with People and Finance - Take new offices from shortlist to signed lease, working with brokers, Legal and Finance on terms - Manage design, construction and furniture projects to move-in dates that hold - Work with IT and Security on network, AV and physical access ahead of each opening - Set up local vendors, services and compliance in markets where Runway hasn't operated before - Travel occasionally to Runway's other offices, usually around an opening or a large onsite event - Decide what good looks like for a Runway office, then keep checking each one against it, from the perspective of both the people working there and the people visiting WHAT YOU’LL NEED - 7+ years in corporate real estate, facilities or workplace operations - Deep project management experience across construction schedules, permitting and short-notice logistics - Hands-on lease and vendor contract experience, and a budget you personally signed off on - Cross-functional experience with teams such as Finance, People, IT and Security - At least one office you took from first site visit through opening day - International real estate, employment or compliance experience is a plus - Comfort writing the process docs, service standards and vendor scorecards a workplace function depends on - Accountability for offices you don't sit in every day Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates. If you’re ready to see your impact and unlock incredible career growth opportunities, join us, and build real world value. The work: We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist to drive analytics across Ripple's product and business portfolio.
