Field Marketing Manager - ASEAN
ABOUT MISTRAL Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. ASEAN is one of Mistral’s most important and fastest-growing markets in APAC. We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing presence across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. This is a highly entrepreneurial role and a new position within the team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Mistral shows up across a diverse set of markets — from Singapore and Indonesia to Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Taiwan — working closely with regional sales, global marketing, partners, customers, and senior stakeholders. You’ll bring together two important parts of our go-to-market strategy. First, sovereign and public sector. You’ll help build trusted relationships with government and public sector organizations through thoughtful executive engagement, policy-led conversations, roundtables, and high-touch experiences. Second, enterprise growth. You’ll work with sales to build demand and accelerate opportunities across some of the region’s most important and highly regulated organizations, including financial institutions, telecommunications companies, energy businesses, and other strategic accounts. This is an opportunity to build the playbook rather than inherit one. You’ll have significant ownership over strategy and execution, with the autonomy to experiment, move quickly, and see a direct connection between your work and Mistral’s growth in the region. WHAT YOU'LL DO CREATE EXCEPTIONAL FIELD EXPERIENCES - Own the strategy and execution of regional events, industry conferences, executive briefings, customer experiences, and intimate leadership gatherings. - Develop experiences that go beyond traditional events — creating meaningful conversations between Mistral, customers, partners, and industry leaders. - Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from developing the program concept to being on-site to make it happen. CRAFT THE REGIONAL MARKETING STRATEGY - Develop and execute Mistral’s field marketing strategy across ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, translating global priorities into locally relevant programs. - Work closely with regional sales leadership to identify market opportunities, priority accounts, and the programs that can have the greatest commercial impact. - Build scalable approaches that can work across diverse markets while retaining the local relevance needed to engage customers effectively. - Establish a clear view of marketing performance, from engagement and account penetration through to pipeline and revenue contribution. BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC SECTOR - Create high-touch marketing programs for government and public sector audiences, including executive roundtables, policy discussions, VIP briefings, and delegation visits. - Help position Mistral as a credible and trusted partner in conversations around AI, technology, sovereignty, and digital transformation. - Work closely with sales and leadership to create meaningful engagement with senior government and public sector stakeholders. ACCELERATE STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS - Partner with enterprise sales teams to develop account-based marketing strategies across priority accounts. - Create highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few campaigns designed to open doors, deepen relationships, and accelerate complex sales cycles. - Develop programs for strategic accounts across industries such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, and other regulated sectors. - Connect campaigns, events, content, and executive engagement into cohesive account strategies that move opportunities forward. SUPPORT THE REGIONAL ECOSYSTEM - Develop joint marketing and go-to-market programs with strategic partners, including systems integrators, telcos, technology partners, and global service providers. - Work with partners to extend Mistral’s reach across fragmented markets and create new opportunities for customer engagement. - Identify new partnership opportunities that can strengthen Mistral’s position across the region. BRING THE REGION'S VOICE TO MISTRAL - Represent the needs, insights, and opportunities of ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Taiwan within the global marketing organization. - Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to adapt global messaging, campaigns, and assets for local markets. - Bring a deep understanding of local customer needs, cultures, regulations, and competitive dynamics to inform our global strategy. - Identify what is working in-market and turn those learnings into repeatable approaches across the region. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in field marketing, demand generation, regional marketing, or GTM within enterprise B2B technology, software, AI, infrastructure, or a related environment. - Strong experience working across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and/or Taiwan, with an understanding of the different commercial and cultural dynamics across these markets. - Experience marketing to enterprise, regulated, or public sector audiences, ideally with exposure to financial services, telecommunications, energy, or government. - Experience creating high-touch executive programs such as roundtables, VIP briefings, customer events, or policy-focused engagements. - Strong understanding of account-based marketing, with the ability to build programs around strategic accounts and complex enterprise sales cycles. - Experience developing joint GTM or co-marketing programs with partners such as GSIs, telcos, hyperscalers, or technology providers. - A strong commercial mindset and ability to connect marketing activity to account engagement, pipeline, and business outcomes. - Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior sales leaders, customers, partners, and executives. - A strong communicator and storyteller who can represent Mistral confidently with senior audiences. - Someone who is highly adaptable and comfortable working across different cultures, markets, and ways of doing business. - A hands-on operator who enjoys moving between strategy and execution and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. - High ownership and low ego: you’re comfortable creating structure where there isn’t one, making decisions quickly, and taking responsibility for the outcome. WHAT WE OFFER We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. GTM Strategy & Ops Lead - APJ
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. About the role This is a greenfield, high-ownership role. You'll be the first GTM Ops leader on the ground in APJ, building the operational infrastructure that enables our go-to-market team to move fast, forecast accurately, and scale sustainably across the region. You'll partner directly with the President of APJ and broader GTM leadership to stand up the core operating cadences, design territory and coverage models, and drive the strategic analyses that shape how we grow across APJ over time. This isn't a role for someone looking to maintain what's already been built — there isn't much yet. It's for someone who gets energized by the blank page, earns credibility through rigor and craft, and wants to be the person who shapes how a world-class GTM operation comes together in a new region. What you'll do - Serve as the embedded GTM strategy and operations partner for the APJ sales and GTM team, acting as a trusted advisor and operator to regional leadership - Build the core operating infrastructure from scratch — forecasting cadences, pipeline review processes, territory design, quota frameworks, and performance visibility - Drive regional business reviews and strategic analyses to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform GTM decisions at the leadership level - Partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Enablement, Data) to develop go-to-market strategy and resource plans for ANZ and APJ - Design and manage territory allocation to optimize sales team performance; provide data-driven recommendations that align with broader business objectives - Lead high-impact regional projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the APJ revenue organization - Serve as the connective tissue between the APJ GTM team and the global rev ops and strategy function — ensuring alignment, sharing what's working, and advocating for what the region needs - Hire and lead a team across APJ You may be a fit if - You have 15+ years in revenue operations or GTM strategy at a high-growth technology company, with meaningful depth in sales operations — not just analytical support - You've operated as a true business partner to GTM leadership, not just a data provider — you shape priorities, influence decisions, and earn credibility in the room - You've built operational infrastructure in an early-stage or rapidly scaling environment — you know what good looks like and can get there from zero - You have experience at a SaaS or consumption-based company and understand how that model shapes forecasting, metrics, and territory design - You're comfortable with ambiguity — this role involves real open questions about how a region builds and scales, and you'll help answer them - You're strong analytically, with the organizational rigor to manage multiple priorities and the communication skills to influence senior stakeholders - You have experience building territories, comp plans, and quotas for GTM teams and are fluent in Salesforce

You will own the entire channel: strategy, creator sourcing and vetting, deal negotiation, briefs and creative direction, campaign execution around product launches, and measurement. This is not a coordination role — you will be the owner and operator of a channel we believe can become one of our biggest growth levers. We are looking for the top 1% of people in this industry. The right person has already taken an influencer program from nothing to something — with real numbers to prove it — and wants to do it again with more budget, a better product, and a faster team. You have sharp taste in creators and content, you negotiate deals that work for both sides, and you think about influencer spend the way a performance marketer thinks about paid: in terms of true incremental impact, not vanity metrics. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook - Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our creator, marketer, and developer segments - Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term ambassadorships — and manage creator contracts with Legal - Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast, decisive feedback on draft content - Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments across ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative - Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo attribution model), and make continue/pause/scale calls on every creator and agency based on true ROI - Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplifying top creator content, and with social to extend campaign reach - Build repeatable systems — sourcing pipelines, rate benchmarks, brief templates, reporting — so the program scales beyond you REQUIREMENTS - A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable channel — you can walk us through the before and after with real numbers - Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including non-standard structures (performance hybrids, ambassadorships, usage rights) - Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the judgment to make budget calls when attribution is imperfect - Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and which will just burn budget - Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing authenticity - Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product marketing, data, and legal - A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape — you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed BONUS - Built or scaled an influencer program at a creative tools, AI, or developer-facing company (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, Notion, Runway, or similar) - Managed 7-figure annual creator/sponsorship budgets - Experience on the agency or creator side of the table — you know how the other side negotiates - Built adjacent programs: ambassador, affiliate, or B2B thought-leader partnerships - Multilingual capabilities GROWTH POTENTIAL We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role: - Lead the influencer and creator partnerships function as the program scales, building a team around you - Expand into broader creator/community growth ownership across ElevenLabs brands - Move into growth or brand marketing leadership as the Growth org evolves LOCATION This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere between the US East Coast and Europe, with the ability to collaborate across EST–CET timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Creative Director, Growth
About the Team OpenAI didn’t begin as a traditional company. It began as an idea: that artificial intelligence could be developed in a way that benefits everyone. As a creative team, our role is to help make sure the work behind that idea is understood, as it leaves the lab and meets the world. This company works at the frontier of intelligence. Like any frontier, it’s unfinished, constantly shifting, and still being explored. Our job is to stay close to that uncertainty and help shape how this story gets told, in a way that feels grounded and human. We do this through campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and work that doesn’t fit neatly into any of those categories yet. This team is for people who want to help shape something from the beginning. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our Growth creative team and drive creative excellence across OpenAI's global growth efforts. This is a generalist creative role for someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy, developing concepts, directing agencies, and refining execution. You'll work across B2B and B2C initiatives spanning paid media, social, lifecycle, launches, and emerging opportunities—translating business goals and audience insights into work that is distinctive, effective, and culturally relevant. You'll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Brand, Product Marketing, Production, and external agencies to raise the quality of our creative output while maintaining the speed and agility required of a high-performing growth organization. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary creative thinker who can move seamlessly between big-picture vision and hands-on problem solving. You understand how to build systems without sacrificing originality, use data without losing intuition, and guide teams toward stronger work through clarity, taste, and collaboration. This role is based in New York with periodic travel to other OpenAI offices. In this role, you will - Lead creative direction across growth initiatives by establishing a high bar for storytelling, design, writing, relevance and quality across all outputs. - Translate business objectives, audience insights, and performance learnings into clear creative direction and breakthrough ideas. - Develop concepts and narratives that can scale globally while remaining relevant to local audiences and cultural contexts. - Partner closely with Growth Marketing to shape briefs, identify opportunities, and define creative approaches that balance experimentation with brand integrity. - Steer external agencies by setting direction, providing feedback, and ensuring work meets OpenAI's standards for craft, effectiveness, and originality. - Help evolve creative processes, frameworks, and systems that enable teams to move faster without compromising quality. - Identify patterns in testing, audience behavior, and campaign performance to inform future creative decisions and experimentation. - Collaborate closely with designers, writers, motion teams, producers, and strategists to bring integrated ideas to life. - Balance long-term thinking with rapid execution, knowing when a project calls for ambitious creative exploration and when it requires pragmatic decision-making. - Navigate ambiguity with confidence and act as a trusted creative partner to cross-functional stakeholders. You might thrive in this role if you - Have 10+ years of experience in creative roles, including experience leading multidisciplinary work across social, growth and/or integrated marketing. - Are a true creative generalist who can think strategically while maintaining strong instincts for execution and craft. - Bring demonstrated expertise in social-first creative, with a deep understanding of how ideas translate across platforms, audiences, and evolving behaviors. You know what makes work resonate in-feed and how to balance native platform instincts with brand objectives. - Have a portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative judgment and leadership across a variety of channels and formats. - Are comfortable using data, testing, and audience insights to sharpen creative thinking without becoming constrained by them. - Have experience working with and directing agencies, and know how to get the best out of external partners. - Thrive in fast-moving environments and don't see speed as a trade-off for quality. - Are energized by the opportunity to shape how transformative technology is understood and adopted around the world. Nice to Have - Experience working across both B2B and consumer audiences. - Experience building creative for global markets and navigating localization at scale. - Familiarity with AI-enabled creative workflows and emerging creative tools. - Experience directing film, photography, creator, or production partners. - A passion for mentoring and developing creative talent About OpenAI OpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. This role is based in San Francisco or New York City with a hybrid office expectation. Product Designer, Accessibility
About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Design Systems team creates the foundations that help teams across OpenAI build coherent, high-quality experiences at scale. Accessibility is fundamental to that work. We’re building the shared standards, components, tools, and practices that make inclusive experiences the default across OpenAI’s products and platforms. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead OpenAI’s company-wide accessibility program from within Design Foundations. You’ll pair strategy and organizational influence with hands-on product design—advocating for disabled people, removing barriers across complete customer journeys, and establishing durable ownership throughout the company. This is an opportunity to define accessibility for a new generation of products spanning web, mobile, desktop, voice, AI, and hardware. You’ll help teams consider the many ways people perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with technology, going beyond minimum compliance to create experiences that are genuinely useful and inclusive. Working across design, engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and legal, you’ll make accessibility an expected part of product quality—not a final review or the responsibility of a single expert. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role you will: - Define OpenAI’s accessibility strategy, roadmap, governance, priorities, and measures of progress. - Design and ship accessible experiences while identifying systemic barriers across complete customer journeys. - Build accessibility into our design system through inclusive components, tokens, interaction patterns, Figma libraries, documentation, and engineering guardrails. - Center disabled people through participatory research, usability studies, and assistive-technology testing rather than relying solely on assumptions, simulations, or automated tools. - Design for permanent, temporary, and situational disabilities, including multiple ways to perceive information, navigate interfaces, understand content, and complete important tasks. - Establish practical standards for screen readers, keyboard navigation, focus, reading order, contrast, typography, motion, captions, forms, errors, and multimodal interactions. - Lead accessibility audits, remediation priorities, launch readiness, and continuous validation across platforms. - Partner with go-to-market, legal, compliance, and product teams on enterprise readiness, accessibility documentation, procurement needs, and customer commitments. - Grow company-wide capability through training, critiques, engineering partnerships, and a network of accessibility champions. You might thrive in this role if you: - Have led accessibility or inclusive-design work across multiple teams, products, or platforms. - Pair deep accessibility expertise with strong interaction design, systems thinking, and a high bar for product craft. - Understand the relationship between accessibility, usability, and inclusive design—and know when to go beyond standards to meet real human needs. - Have deep practical knowledge of WCAG, assistive technologies, accessible interaction design, and platform-specific standards. - Have embedded accessibility into design systems, reusable components, and engineering workflows. - Have worked directly with disabled people and translated their experiences into meaningful product and organizational decisions. - Can identify assumptions and exclusion within a product journey, then turn those insights into clearer and more flexible ways to interact. - Are equally effective setting strategy, designing detailed experiences, and collaborating with engineers through implementation. - Can influence across disciplines without direct authority, creating shared accountability without becoming a centralized approval gate. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As a Strategy & Operations Lead for Marketing at Anthropic, you'll be a key part of the team that keeps our entire marketing organization running, spanning brand, enterprise, creative and performance marketing. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics, helping build the systems and rhythms that let a fast-growing team move quickly and stay aligned as we introduce Claude and Anthropic to the world. This is a senior, high-autonomy role for someone who can see around corners and turn ambiguous, high-level strategy into concrete plans that ship. You'll project-manage some of marketing's most high-stakes, high-visibility work and quarterback complex special projects that cut across the org. You'll partner with marketing leadership, Finance, Legal, Creative Studio, and external agencies to run planning and budgeting, sharpen how we measure impact, and rally teams to get things done. This is a team effort. You'll sit within a strategy and operations group that divides and conquers, so you should be as happy driving your own slice as partnering on the rest. We're looking for a leader who can walk into a complex, fast-changing environment, quickly figure out what matters, and move it forward with very little direction. What makes this role exciting You'll help shape how Anthropic tells its story to the world, building the operational foundation that lets every part of our marketing team do its best work. You'll touch all of marketing, from brand and enterprise to product and developer, with real influence over how the whole org plans, spends, and measures itself. This is a chance to build alongside a sharp team at one of the most important companies in AI, with significant room to grow your scope and step into broader leadership as we scale. Key responsibilities - Drive annual and quarterly planning alongside the rest of the strategy and operations team, turning company and marketing strategy into clear plans with owners, timelines, and budgets - Project-manage high-stakes, high-visibility projects from start to finish, keeping many moving parts and busy senior leaders aligned and on schedule - Quarterback complex, cross-org special projects, pulling in the right people, setting the plan, and driving to the finish even when no single team owns the work - Partner on budget planning, forecasting, and management across marketing teams, making sure spend maps to the highest-priority work - Help build the operating rhythm the marketing org runs on, including how teams plan, prioritize, track progress, and report results, designed to scale as we grow - Build analytics and reporting that show how marketing is performing and give leaders the insight to make sharper calls - Drive cross-functional programs across Marketing, Finance, Legal, Creative Studio, and agency partners, keeping fast-moving work coordinated and unblocked - Partner with marketing leadership and Finance on resource and headcount planning, building the trust to influence without owning the teams directly - Find friction and remove it, so teams can move faster and focus on the work only they can do - Help define the metrics and measurement that tell us whether our marketing investments are working Minimum qualifications - Marketing operations or strategy, business operations experience supporting the Marketing organization, working in high-growth B2B tech companies or strong technology-driven consumer brands - Strong project management instincts, with a track record of steering high-stakes, high-visibility projects and keeping many moving parts and busy senior leaders aligned - A history of seeing around corners, anticipating what a fast-scaling team will need before it becomes a problem and getting ahead of it - Proven ability to turn ambiguous, theoretical strategy into actionable plans, and to rally people across an org to execute quickly - Deep experience building and scaling operating processes from scratch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments - Strong analytical and financial chops, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning - The ability to navigate a complex organization, build influence without authority, and manage relationships with senior leaders across Marketing, Finance, and the wider company - Comfortable operating with little direction and driving outcomes end to end, and equally comfortable dividing and conquering as part of a team rather than being the sole owner of everything you touch - Fluency with marketing technology and project management tools Preferred qualifications - 10+ years in marketing operations, strategy, business operations, or a related field - Familiarity with marketing measurement and attribution methods - A background spanning more than one marketing discipline, such as brand and performance, or enterprise and product - Experience scaling operations through rapid company growth The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Reseller Partner Manager
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic is building a global reseller program so that enterprises can buy Claude through the partners they already work with. As Reseller Partner Manager for our largest global systems integrators, you will own Anthropic's resell relationships for these strategic partners that operate in every region we sell in. Each of these partners is organized by region and by practice, and led by a global alliance team. Your job is to turn each of those relationships into a working reseller motion: agreements signed, teams enabled, deals registered cleanly, and resale consumption growing against the target for this cohort. You will be the single owner of each partner relationship on the Anthropic side. The partner's global alliance leadership will look to you for the joint plan, the commercial construct, and the escalation path. Their in-country practices will look to you, working with our country account teams, for how a deal gets registered, priced, transacted and supported. Through flagship programs like Donovan and Thunderforge , we are advancing the next generation of agentic AI for geospatial reasoning, planning, and decision support. Staff Machine Learning Engineers play a central role in setting technical direction, owning core architectures, and translating ambitious ideas into production systems trusted by government operators. You will: - Lead the architecture and implementation of agentic AI systems, with a focus on long-horizon reasoning, orchestration, and system-level reliability. - Build and scale agents that perform complex geospatial reasoning, including interpreting, generating, and reasoning over maps and spatial data. - Design and improve retrieval systems across large collections of static and semi-structured documents, enabling agents to surface high-signal context efficiently. - Fine-tune and evaluate embedding models to improve recall and precision for mission-critical datasets. - Design memory systems that allow agents to persist state, operate over long contexts, and learn from prior interactions. - Own and evolve shared agentic infrastructure and core libraries, enabling reuse across teams, products, and Public Sector contracts. - Define evaluation strategies for agentic systems, including robustness testing, failure-mode analysis, and regression testing in production environments. - Partner closely with engineering managers, product leaders, and researchers to scope high-impact initiatives and unblock execution across teams. - Serve as a technical mentor and multiplier—raising the bar for system design, ML rigor, and production readiness across the organization. - Comfortable with light travel (approximately 10%) for customer interaction and team needs. This role will require an active TS security clearance. Ideally You’d Have: - 8+ years of experience building and deploying applied ML systems in production environments. - Deep experience with agentic systems, autonomous workflows, or ML systems that reason and act over multiple steps. - Strong background in ML systems engineering, including model serving, pipelines, monitoring, and evaluation. - Hands-on experience with retrieval systems, embeddings, or representation learning. - Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (ex: PyTorch), with the ability to design systems end to end. - Demonstrated ability to operate at Staff-level scope: setting technical direction, owning ambiguous problems, and driving 0→1 initiatives to production. - Experience making thoughtful tradeoffs across performance, cost, reliability, and development velocity. Nice to Haves: - Experience deploying ML systems into air-gapped, classified, or otherwise disconnected environments - customer data centers, on-prem infrastructure, or networks with no path to a cloud provider. - Prior work with DoD, the intelligence community, or federal mission users - including the judgment to learn a mission well enough to know what "correct" means for the operator using your system. - Hands-on experience with geospatial data or GEOINT: reasoning over maps, imagery, or spatial reference systems. - Depth in model adaptation - training or fine-tuning embedding models, instruction tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or RLHF. - Experience building evaluation infrastructure for non-deterministic systems: LLM-as-judge, regression suites for agent behavior, or drift detection in production. - A track record of turning a forward-deployed prototype into a supported, documented capability other engineers can deploy without you. Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Public Sector
The goal of a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Scale is to own how we apply generative AI, agentic AI, computer vision, and reinforcement learning to mission-critical problems in production. Our senior machine learning engineers are handed problems that don't yet have an established approach, they propose the architecture, build it with support from other engineers, and are accountable for whether it holds up in the environments our customers depend on. Our Public Sector Machine Learning team is focused on deploying cutting-edge models to mission-critical government systems through products like Donovan and Thunderforge . Our work spans multiple modalities, with our primary focus on agentic systems built on large language models. We are developing agents that solve complex operational and planning challenges for government partners: agent frameworks that integrate custom retrieval pipelines and production APIs, memory and context-management systems that hold state across long-running tasks, geospatial reasoning over maps and spatial data, and the evaluation tooling that benchmarks and refines agent behavior. We also apply reinforcement learning in targeted places where it earns its keep, and our computer vision work advances evaluation, labeling efficiency, and multimodal model training in support of defense applications. As a Senior MLE, you'll have design authority over a capability area - the final say on the patterns used within your team, and the responsibility to make those patterns work under real constraints: classified environments, limited compute, and correctness requirements that don't bend. You will: - Own the design and delivery of agent capabilities end to end - architecture, implementation, and the evaluation that proves they work - Define net-new patterns in problem spaces with no established approach, propose them to the wider team, and lead the work to build them - Take state of the art models developed internally and from the community and put them into production to solve problems for our customers and taskers - Improve and maintain production models and agents through retraining, hyperparameter tuning, and architectural updates, while preserving core performance characteristics - Build agent-level evaluation benchmarks, LLM judges, and verifiers - and use it to hillclimb performance rather than just report on it - Partner with product and research teams to scope and shape high-impact initiatives, including for upcoming product lines - Build scalable machine learning infrastructure to automate and optimize our ML services - Work directly with government users and subject-matter experts, and translate what you learn into technical direction - Act as a force multiplier and a primary reviewer for your team, mentoring at least one engineer, and your manager's go-to on feasibility questions - Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders - Treat security and compliance as design constraints to engineer around rather than blockers to route past - Serve as a cross-functional representative and advocate for machine learning techniques across engineering and product organizations - Be comfortable learning new technologies quickly and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable with light travel (approximately 10%) for customer interaction and team needs This role will require an active TS security clearance Ideally You'd Have: - 5+ years of experience building and deploying applied ML systems in production environments - Extensive experience with GenAI, Agentic AI, natural language processing, deep learning and deep reinforcement learning, or computer vision in a production environment - A track record of owning architectural decisions and defending the tradeoffs behind them - not just implementing a design handed to you - Experience shipping agentic systems with real production traffic and evaluation rigor, rather than prototypes or demos - Solid background in algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming - Strong programming skills in Python, experience in PyTorch or Tensorflow - Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other engineers Nice to Haves: - Graduate degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence specialization - Experience working with cloud platforms (eg. AWS or GCP) and deploying machine learning models in cloud environments - Experience with computer vision, generative AI models, large language models, or agentic systems - Familiarity with ML evaluation frameworks and agentic model design - Experience deploying ML in classified, air-gapped, or IL5+ environments - Geospatial or GEOINT experience - Inference optimization experience - Fine-tuning experience: SFT, RL, or embedding models Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. Software Engineer, New Grad 2027
ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring new grad engineers to join SpaceXAI software engineering teams. You'll own real product work on the surfaces our users live in every day: Grok Bot, Cloud Agents, Cursor and the systems underneath. You will design, build, and ship delightful and bulletproof products and systems that engineers love to use every day. This role values a strong attention to details, first principles reasoning, and great taste. That means picking up concrete problems, driving them end to end (UI through a bit of backend when needed), and raising the bar on taste and correctness while you move fast. You'll work alongside a small, talent-dense team with high ownership and little hierarchy. Strong fundamentals matter. So does judgment about when to use AI tools as leverage without giving up correctness. You may be a fit if: - You're graduating in Spring 2027 (CS, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related technical field). - You've already built something great — an app, OSS, or shipped product we can open and review (required). - You blend strong engineering and AI tools as leverage without giving up correctness. - You learn fast, take ownership, and have already done something meaningfully hard early (internships or equivalent industry experience welcome). SAMPLE PROJECTS INCLUDE: - Adding a small UI improvement so AI-generated code or PRs are easier to read and review - Turning a teammate’s rough idea into a working prototype over a few days, then iterating based on feedback - Shipping a contained feature (frontend + a bit of backend), then fixing bugs and making it feel smoother after people use it APPLYING If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach out to schedule 2–3 short technicals. After, we'll schedule an onsite in our office, where you'll work on a small project, discuss ideas, and meet the team. In your application, please share an example of an exceptional technical project or product feature you've built that best demonstrates your technical capabilities (GitHub, live app, OSS, or shipped product).
RVP, Strategic Sales, HiTech
Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code. About the role As RVP, Strategic Sales for our HiTech vertical, you'll build and lead the organization responsible for revenue growth across our biggest segment. You'll hire and develop frontline sales leaders, set territory and account strategy at scale, and personally engage in the most strategic, executive-level relationships in the region. You'll partner with engineering leaders — from CTOs to VPs of Engineering — to show how SpaceXAI transforms developer productivity, and drive a land-and-expand motion across sophisticated software companies. This is a second-line leadership role: you'll scale through managers who lead high-performing Account Executives, while staying close enough to the business to shape strategy, unblock deals, and set the bar for excellence.
